The Auburn University Basis, which receives and manages all charitable contributions made in help of Auburn University and Auburn College Montgomery, has appointed a few new directors to its board:  Nicole Faulk ’96 of Atlanta Ken Henderson ’76 of New York and Greg Winchester of Santa Rosa Seaside, Florida. 

“Our directors carry sizeable working experience, insights and a significant degree of determination to serve Auburn College and the Auburn College Basis,” said John Morris, senior vice president for progression and president of the basis. “We are grateful for their willingness to sign up for our endeavours to bolster philanthropic aid and to progress Auburn’s mission of educating, analysis and outreach.” 

Faulk gained bachelor’s and master’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Auburn and is senior vice president of Client Strategy and Options for Georgia Energy. She commenced her job with Southern Enterprise in 1998 in Southern Nuclear’s expert improvement software, keeping positions of escalating duty at Farley Nuclear Plant in Alabama and getting her senior reactor operator license. She also served as assistant to Georgia Power’s government vice president of nuclear enhancement and Southern Nuclear’s president of nuclear growth. Prior to her recent purpose, Faulk served in several management roles at Georgia Energy, Southern Firm Products and services and Mississippi Ability. She serves on the boards of the Renaissance Company and Infinity Area Centre and as vice chair for the State of Alabama Engineering Corridor of Fame.

Henderson retains a bachelor’s diploma from Auburn in pre-legislation political science and a Juris Health practitioner from New York University. He has been a husband or wife at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner because 1987. In addition to his practice, he presents working day-to-working day corporate, securities, governance and company legislation guidance to publicly held and privately owned business clients in the U.S. and abroad. He is a member of the board of directors of Little Business Greater part Inc., a nonprofit corporation that focuses on plan alternatives for little enterprises and has served on the board of trustees for the San Francisco Theological Seminary.

Founder and CEO of Summit Buyers LLC given that 2012, Winchester has served as an adjunct teacher in Auburn’s Learn of Real Estate Growth system since 2017. He commenced his executive vocation as an assistant vice president at Very first Nationwide Bank in Atlanta. He afterwards served as govt vice president at Lomas Administration Inc. in Dallas, director of asset management at Hatfield Philips and co-proprietor and co-CEO of TriMont Serious Estate Investors. He is a previous member of the board of trustees of the Northeast Georgia Council of the Boy Scouts of The usa and volunteers with numerous community nonprofit corporations.
