For the second time in much less than ten hrs, a driver was killed on Rhode Island highways.
The Rhode State Police report that on Saturday at roughly 11:47 AM, members of the agency and Hope Valley Hearth and Rescue handled a deadly motor auto incident.
The car was traveling on Route 95 North just south of Kingstown Road in the Town of Richmond.

Witnesses of the crash said that the car or truck began to run erratically and exited the remaining side of the roadway, striking the large-velocity barrier.
The auto then veered to the ideal crossing all lanes, and exited the proper side of the highway, striking the guard rail close, which brought on the automobile to roll around.
The operator was transported to Kent County Clinic, wherever he died as a final result of his accidents.
The operator was determined as Eric S. Qualey, age 43, of Cambridge, Massachusetts.
The accident came just hrs after a 22-calendar year-outdated was killed and two other people were very seriously injured.
