Provine High School senior killed in car wreck days before birthday

It happened about 9 p.m. Thursday at the intersection of Terry Road and Dona Streets. Shamerria Smith, 18, was killed following a Ford Explorer hit her Nissan Altima, JPD suggests.

The teenager’s mom, Stephanie Smith, reported Thursday evening began like any other.
