Rick Leventhal, the husband of “Real Housewives of Orange County” alum Kelly Dodd, feels “lucky to be alive” following surviving a horrifying vehicle crash.
“So lucky to be alive & grateful for the properly wishes & treatment I’m acquiring. 4 damaged ribs, fractured bone right foot, wounded delight,” the previous Fox Information reporter, 62, captioned an Instagram submit shared Tuesday night time.

In an accompanying video from his hospital mattress, Leventhal elaborated on the terrifying incident.
“I hydroplaned heading east on 410, about 40 minutes outdoors pf Palm Desert, just straight absent strike what felt like a patch of ice,” he claimed, acknowledging Southern California’s the latest bout of major rain. “It was just water or whatsoever.”
