A Thornton Academy senior was killed early Wednesday morning in a motor vehicle crash on Mast Hill Highway in Saco.
The crash was documented to law enforcement just after 12:30 a.m. by a resident who listened to a loud bang and then anyone screaming for assist. Officers found a 2011 Ford Fusion experienced gone off the highway and crashed into a significant tree, Saco Deputy Chief Corey Huntress claimed.
A teenage girl who was a passenger in the backseat was observed going for walks in the street. The Saco Fireplace Office utilised the jaws of lifetime to eliminate two some others who had been trapped in the vehicle, Huntress stated.
Daniel Abbott, 17, of Saco, was observed dead inside of the automobile. He had been a passenger in the entrance seat, in accordance to Huntress.
