Law enforcement say a man has been arrested right after causing a crash Tuesday night time in Phoenix that remaining a lady lifeless and her 4-12 months-old daughter critically hurt.

According to the Phoenix Police Office, the crash transpired just following 8 p.m. on April 12 close to 32nd and Southern Avenues when 18-yr-aged Eulalio Juarez Rodriguez was driving a Chevrolet Camaro and crashed into a Hyundai.
